Can anyone recommend a good, affordable hair salon, I want to spend between 15-30$ for a cut...and highlites for around 40$?Hair salons in Chattanooga, Tn?
I've gone to this salon forever! Gina and Paul are both awesome. The decor is old-fashioned, but they know what they are doing, and know the styles. They have awesome prices too!
