i know its probably different for every salon.


but in general how old do you have to be?








and what benifits do you have for working there, as far as tanning and lotions go.How old do you have to be to work at a tanning salon?
Oh I have worked at about 5 or so tanning salons.

The first person is right, you just have to be old enough to have a WORK PERMIT. Which is 15/16. Depending where you live. As far as tanning there, you do have to be 16 with parental consent, or 18 to legally tan on your own =)





Discounts will vary by store of course, but most do FREE TANNING, and lotions --- since u have to be up on things %26amp; have sample, you usually have a spot in the store where you have all your lotions for samples for customers %26amp; the employees use them for free when they tan! =) ITS A GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 18, because that is legal age to tan!
Generally, unless you obtain a work permit you have to be at least 16 to work anywhere. As far as discounts go probably about a 20-30% discount on lotions and tanning membership. Hope you get the job!
Do you want to be covered in wrinkles by time your 25?... Thats what happens to girls that tan. I'm 20, and my friends growing up all tanned constantly... now, at 25 years old.. they already have wrinkles!... It's horrible for your skin... get a better job.. a cleaner one.. Do you really wanna be wiping the @ss sweat from some big girl off of a tanning bed?.... just think about that one for a minute.
