Where are some good tanning salons in Ottawa?





Or, if you don't know, then how much should I expect to pay? And how many sessions will it take for me to get a noticeable tan? I'm pretty pale right now.Tanning Salons?
i live in michigan.. so i'm not sure the locations for you.. but i worked in a tanning salon for a long time and i have taken the smart tan certification..


try to find a salon with VHR equiptment, it gives you a longer, deeper, quicker tan and it's also a lot better for your skin.. reduces aging as well and you don't have to go tanning as much after you get your base tan... also make sure you use a tanning lotion before you tan every time, when you don't, your skin blocks out about 45% of the tan anyways... and make sure you don't take a shower for 3 hours after you tan because it takes at least 3 hours to fully develope... tanning salons with vhr equiptment do tend to be a lil more expensive but it is very much worth it and you're not going tanning as much as you do in regular beds so in the long run, the price evens out... i know i didn't answer the question you had, but i thought this info may help... also, go to yahoo,com and in the search section type in 'tanning salons vhr ottowah' and something should come upTanning Salons?
Ok VHR is the best in tanning $60-70 a month (Canadian exchange aprox $75 a month. other types you have to visit more often and are aproximatey $55 Canadian rate.

the fact that the more blonde you are normally the more delacate your skin is (also red heads and frecklers have delacate lighter skin). The lighter your skin the harder it is to tan=light does not attract rays as naturally as the darker skin does.


. Believe it or not a person that is more attracted to your for a deap tan is shallow, not considering the future.


So in fact to the right guy, tanning does not neccesarily make you more beautiful. When we compare ourself to the hollywood tan we can feel inadaquate. There are health aids to natural tanning wipe on from the health store, usually with carot caortine, also eating carrots and or carotine impigments ones skin to be naturally darker. I am a mix with Italian and Jewish that makes my skin naturally olive toned though lol I am born platnum blonde yet not sensitive to the sun because i am not naturally pale.





The fact that one is told to use sun protection even in a tanning bed says alot.





It takes 10 years approximately for skin canser to develop, and those that worship the sun or tanning beds find this out the hard way.





what helped me to put first things first even in the tanning department was to learn that I am loved by the most important person as I am, it gave me confidence 'as is'.

If your planning on hanging out at the beach, without a tanning bed first, it would be good to have a girl friend that is light as you are. If you have a boy friend it doesnt matter how tan he is, you will look great together as is.

Start with like 8 minutes, go every day for one minute longer, (as long as you don't get burned) and you will start to see it after 4 or 5 sessions, then it will just get better and better from there.
i don't live there, but it costs about forty dollars a month in american money. it will take you about a week to see any change if you start slow.
um i can tell you this much if your really pale and you dont tan well from natural sun...like you just kinda turn red and not brown your not gonna tan from a tanning bed..
