What do you look for when chosing a full-service hair salon?

1st and foremost a stylist that maintains a high regular clientele. In chosing a new hairdresser, thats one thing to consider, as repeat business usually lets you know they have skills. 2- The ability to work with your hair type. 3- Start with something simple first, see how that goes, then try something more complexed, if she dont do the simple right, at least shes done no real harm. 4-Cleanliness of salon and stylist practices.5-Wait times, I hate to have an appointment at 1oclock, and be just getting in the chair at 1:30.6-Look at her/his hair. Im a stickler about this one, its a pet peeve I guess, but if the stylists hair looks a mess, its safe to assume yours will too. Stylists appearence says alot about their vision, creativeness, and ability to find a style right for you.What do you look for when chosing a full-service hair salon?
